Hi there! We are Lori and Ryan, husband and wife duo, and the creators of Losers Hair Club. You might be wondering how we came up with our name, and why we would choose something obscure, and call ourselves and guests losers. We are a couple of kids who grew up on horror movies, punk and hardcore music, and never really fit in anywhere. One day we found each other and we didn’t feel like outcasts anymore, and we don’t want anyone else to feel that way. Stephen King said it best. “No good friends. No bad friends. Only people you want, need to be with; people who build their houses in your heart.” Welcome to the Losers Club. We’re glad that you’re here. __________ Established in 2019, we wanted to create something together that would help people look and feel their best, while holding a space where you can let go of the days worries and frustrations, relax, have a great time and know that you’re in good hands. We strive to promote creativity and have everyone who sits in our chairs looking and feeling better than when they came in. We are passionate about education and using products that are great for your hair, good for your health and for the environment. We don’t support brands that use toxic ingredients and strive everyday to be a little greener. Cancellation Policy
LOSERS HAIR CLUB POLICIES

Because your time - and ours- is important, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
We know life happens, and we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice so another guest can be offered your spot.

01. CANCELLATIONS
• Changes or cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled.
• No Shows or cancellations the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows.

02. DEPOSITS
• A 50% non-refundable deposit for all color appointments is required, and goes towards your total service cost.
This protects both your time and mine and ensures we’re equally invested in your experience. If you cancel late or adjust your services at the last minute, the original deposit still applies.

03. RUNNING LATE
We honor everyone’s time, but understand that things happen. If I am running behind, I will reach out and let you know
• We give a 15 minute grace period.
• Arrivals past 15 minutes, may result in a forfeited appointment and a 100% service charge.

04. SICKNESS
If you or someone you live with isn’t feeling well, please reschedule. I’ll always prioritize your health and mine, we’ll find a new time once everyone’s back to feeling good. If you have any flu like symptoms or feel off, or generally unwell, please contact me as soon as possible.
