Hi there! We are Lori and Ryan, the creators of Losers Hair Club. Established in 2019, we strive to promote creativity and have everyone who sits in our chairs looking and feeling better than when they came in. We are passionate about using products that are great for your hair, good for your health and for the environment. We don’t support brands that use toxic ingredients and strive everyday to be a little greener. Cancellation Policy

01. CANCELLATIONS Life happens, but time is our most precious resource, once it’s gone, we can’t get it back. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice so I can offer your spot to another guest. All clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows. 02. DEPOSITS I require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all color appointments. This protects both your time and mine and ensures we’re equally invested in your experience. If you cancel late or adjust your services at the last minute, the original deposit still applies. To make any appointment changes without any added fees, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required so I am able to fill any spaces that are created with the new changes. 03. RUNNING LATE Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. However, do understand that things happen and give a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes then we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as the original service scheduled. If you feel like you are going to be late to your appointment, please call or text (702) 372-6042. 04. SICKNESS If you or someone you live with isn’t feeling well, please reschedule. I’ll always prioritize your health and mine, we’ll find a new time once everyone’s back to feeling good. If you have any flu like symptoms or feel off, or generally unwell, please contact me as soon as possible.
